Light Oil Burners – TC Series

Owing to their compact design, these burners are especially applicable for Hot Water Boiler, Heating Unit and such types of applications.  This series adopts higher pressure fan to get more air.  Burners come with Diaphragm oil pump for longer life.

Light Oil Burners – OM Series

This series comprises of small and medium sized burners that are being used for smaller equipment with a relatively high combustion chamber pressure.  This series has great freedom of installation position – horizontal, vertical or in other angles, and the burner head can be removed and reinstalled with ease to facilitate maintenance.

Light Oil Burners – LT Series

This series comprises of small, medium and large sized burners. Low noise and high performance make them suitable for varied applications like Incinerators, Driers, Hot Water Boilers and so on…  Hinged design of the burner head in medium and large sized models of this series makes cleaning and inspection a lot easier.

Furnace Oil Burners – LB Series

This series includes medium to large sized burners suitable for heavy oils.  The fuel is heated while being circulated to the nozzle, providing excellent ignition and stable combustion.

Gas Burners – KSY Series

This series burner can fire both LNG and LPG. Compact design of these burners provide freedom of installation position – horizontal, vertical or in other angles. These are widely used in heating equipments.

Gas Burners – GOM Series

This series burner can fire both LNG and LPG. Very high performance and “Direct ignition” are characteristic features of these burners.  Burners come with single stage / two stage Dungs / Honeywell / CKD gas valve. The Flame tube and diffuser disc are of SS.  High fan pressures – even at full loads pressure does not drop drastically

Gas Burners – GLT Series

This series comprises of Gun type burners with Cast Aluminium housing.  Burners are fitted with rotary flange for easy maintenance.  Good adaptability and high P-Q feature are characteristic features of these burners.

Gas Burners – AG Series

This series has essentially no danger of a backfire as it employs an external mixture combustion method.  This ensures stable combustion in a wide range of applications.  The burner and control are designed in compliance with the safety requirements for the gas appliances and equipment.  Well arranged layout of the burner head, fan and control results in a compact construction to enable effective use of a small space.  A strong pilot flame ensures a secure ignition of the main gas. Both the main and the pilot burner are so designed as to allow simple removal and reinstallation, thus providing ease of inspection, cleaning and other maintenance.

This category of burner is capable of firing dual fuels namely light oil or LPG/LNG.  Selection of fuel is enabled by a change over switch.

Salient Features
  • There are no bakelite or plastic components in the burner (exposed to temperatures) making it suitable for operation under heat and pressure
  • Unique hinge design of the burner helps a lot during maintenance
  • Direct immersion electrical heater which responds very quickly is used
  • Pressure gauge, temperature gauge come fitted along with the burner
  • Two numbers of oil hose each 1 m long, one number of oil suction filter (online cleaning type) come along with the burner

Duct Burners – CD Series

This series includes burners with compact design and easy maintenance.  The proportional control method is adopted for the adjustment of the gas combustion to ensure stable operation and proper temperature control.

Salient Features

Safe Design:

  • No possibility of back fire due to adoption of pre-mixture combustion method
  • Design safety is based on The Technology Indication on combustion given by the Japan Gas Association

Space saving and easy maintenance:

  • The blower for combustion and the gas piping etc are installed on the upper part of the main body and thus it contributes to space saving
  • The window to observe combustion condition and the inspection door are installed. The latter is of hinged type, enabling easy inspection and maintenance of inside part

Stable operation and temperature control: 

  • The burner possesses a strategic construction which gives an excellent stability of combustion
  • The proportional control method is adopted for the adjustment of the gas combustion and proper temperature control becomes available. (On-Off & High – low – off control modes are also available)

Light Oil Burners – OM Series

This series comprises of small and medium sized burners that are being used for smaller equipment with a relatively high combustion chamber pressure.  This series has great freedom of installation position – horizontal, vertical or in other angles, and the burner head can be removed and reinstalled with ease to facilitate maintenance.

Salient Features
  • No return oil line (only one hose is used)
  • Solenoid valve with coil comes separately in the copper line. Thus minimizes replacement costs of spares
  • Pumps used are always kerosene compatible ones
  • Igniter is kept “on” for 16 seconds
  • High fan pressures – even at full loads pressure does not drop drastically
  • Oil hose and pressure gauge come along with the burner
  • Air lock removal valve is provided in the oil line
  • Fan motor can be bypassed easily without any major change in the burner wiring / operation
  • Diffuser is of SS

WKL80 oil burner

WK-series burners are Weishaupt’s most powerful burners. Rated up to 109,000 MBTU/h they have been designed primarily for heavy-duty industrial applications. They are are available as gas, oil or dual-fuel burners.

 Modular principle: The fan, control panel, pump station and pre-heater station are selected independently of the burner. This concept offers a high degree of flexibility, for example when dealing with difficult conditions such as dust or high ambient temperatures.

Digital combustion management: Digital combustion management, with which this series is equipped as standard, provides accurate control of the fuel and simplifies burner operation and maintenance. It also facilitates integration with various monitoring and controls systems, including complete building management systems.

Insulated burner housing: The internal insulation reduces noise levels and minimizes the surface temperature of the burner housing during operation with preheated combustion air. The burner can be operated with combustion air temperatures of up to 480 F (250 °C).

TRADITION OVER TIME

In 1960 Augusto Fava, with his brothers Arturo and Lino, believed in Baltur and trusted its founders Ballanti and Tura. During the years they have become fully aware of the potential of this sector and Baltur has become a leading company. The Fava brothers have acquired the whole share holding of Baltur thus becoming the sole owners.

Intuition, passion and entrepreneurial view have led other two generations to the management of the company: Enrico and Gianni, the sons of Augusto and now Riccardo, Managing Director and General Manager.
